Wesley Chapel is one of the unincorporated census-designated regions in Pasco County of Florida. It is one of the best places to stay in the United States. It forms part of the great Tampa Bay region metro. In the 2010 census, the population of the city was standing at 44,092. In 2003, some of the residents of the Wesley Chapel begin a movement of incorporating the community.
The Wesley Chapel city is situated 28.178688, -82.350676 (28°10′43″N 82°21′2″W). The United States Census Bureau reports that the total coverage of the city is 16 km square or 6.1 square miles. 0.04 square miles is water while the remaining island.
Most people prefer to live in this area because it’s close to interstate 275 and interstate 75. It is 25 miles on the northern part of Downtown Tampa and other locales.

Because of the twin creeks of the area, it was originally called Double Branch. The City was named after the Baptist Church that was located on the North-Western corner and the Boyette Road. The popular nickname for this region was “Gatorville.”
Wesley Chapel has grown rapidly since 2000. Newcomers from within and outside the state have overpopulated the new luxuries communities of the town such as Citrus Trace, Preserve at the Quail Woods, and Enclave at the Wiregrass Apartments, and many more.
This region has three high schools and three middle schools and most of them are brand new. It also has three planned open malls including the Glove on the north perimeter and the famous shops at Wiregrass.
Wiregrass is renowned for its high-end shops, bars, and restaurants. Tampa premium outlets and Cypress Creek Town Center are now in operation. Two new schools (Wiregrass Ranch School and Dr. John Long Middle School) were opened in 2008 and 2007 respectively.
Besides, Cypress Creek High/Middle school begun to run in 2016. The Porter Campus of Pasco Hernando State College has been in operation from 2013 to WRHS.
